Sheweth

That your Peticoner is rated more towards the reliefe of
the Poor of the said Hamlett this year then what the paid
the last yeare Tho he rents no more Land nor is he is
better Circumstances And for that there being no General-
Rise through the said Hamlett your Peticoner thinks
himselfe Agreivd by the said Rate and humbly Appeals
agt the same

Therefore most Humbly hopes yr. Worspps
will give him Such reliefe in the prmisses
