WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Said
Parish ofSt. Andrew Holborne above barrs unto us whose
Hands and Seals are hereunto Set, two of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace (Quorum unus) for theCountyaforesaid, That
Mary Rimmers< no role > wife of William Rimmers< no role > has
lately intrudedherselfeinto your Said Parish of
St. Andrew Holborne Etcthere to Inhabit as a Parishioner contrary to
the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, and to there likely
to become Chargeable; if not timely prevented: And Whereas
noon due Examination and Enquiry made into the premises;
upon oath
it appears unto Us, and We acordingly Adjudge, That the Said
Mary Rimmers< no role > is
likely to become Chargeable unto the Said Parish ofSt. Andrew Holborne
above barrs and that the last Legal Place of Settlement of the Said
Mary Rimmers< no role > was in the Said Parish of St. Leonard in
Shoreditch in the Sd County of Middx Whither by
Law She ought to be Sent

These are therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to Order and Require
you the Said Churcwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish ofSt. andrew Holborne above barrs aforesaid, that you, or Some
of you, on forthwith Remove and Convey the SaidMary
Rimmers
< no role > from your Said Parish ofSt. Andrew Holborne etc
to the Said Parish ofSt. Leonard in Shoreditch andherdeliver
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or Some on
one [..] m, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true
Copy hereof, whereby they are likewise Required, in His Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in Such Case made, forthwith
to receive the SaidMary Rimmers< no role >
into their SaidParish of St Leonard in Shoreditch and provide for her
as their own Parishioner, Given under our Hands and Seals,
thefirstDay ofFebruaryAnno RegniDnd prd
