Report thereupon Is proper to be heard &
determined in open Court Doth Order that
the Order pronounced at this present sessions
for confirming the said Report be and
the same is hereby Vacated, And This
Court doth further Order that the sd. William
Lonsdale< no role > & alsoe the Churchwardens & Overseers
