Thomas Robe< no role > Robert Tothill< no role > and Simon Michel < no role > Esqrs Justices of the peace for this County
or any two of them to Sumon before them the Churchwardens Overseers of the poor and
Scavengers of the parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in this County and to examine
into the truth of the peticoners complaint and to certify their opinion touching the
premises within menconed unto his Maties Justices of the peace at the next General
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for this County and that notice is to be given to
all the said Referrees of the time and place of the meeting for the purpose aforesaid
