James Clerkwell in the said County

Sheweth

That your Petitioner is charged much more to
the Poor and Scavengers Rates in the said Parish for the
house lives in In the said Parish of St James
Clerkwell then what he ought to pay therefore
thinks himself agrieved and humbly appeale to this
Court
