This Court heaveingWhereas it [..] is discovered by the Calendar
delivered into this Court by the Keeper of his
Maties. Goal of New Prison at Clerkenwell in this
County of Prisoners comitted to the said Prison
that Samuel Newton< no role > Esqr . one of the Justices of
the peace of the said County did on the thirty first
day of October last by a comittmt. under his
hand & seale comitt one Edward Loyd< no role > to the
custody of the Keeper of the said Prison for Violently
assaulting & knocking downe Mary Baxter Adams< no role >
in the Night time and robbing her of two shillings
in Silver & brass, to besafthere safely kept Untill
further examinacon, And that the said Samuel
Newton< no role > did on the first day of November now last
by writing under his hand & seale discharge the sd
