WHEREAS it appeareth unto Us, whose Hands and Seals
are hereunto set, Two ofHisMajesties Justices of the
Peace for theCounty of Middlesex
(Quorum unus) upon the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Over

lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
herselfthere without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them, of the
House ofherabode in the said Parish, according to
the Statute in that Case made and provided; Andthenthe saidEliza
Vergis
< no role > appeareth unto us and we do adjudge
that She is
likely to become chargeable to the said Parish: Andwhereasit appeareth
unto us,further upon the Examination of the sd

mand you and every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof to remove and
