to assemble & meet together at Hickshall in St. John
Street in this County at such time or times as they shall
appoint, to And to Consider off and settle such forme
of a licence (for the allowing of the Alehouse Keepers &
Victuallers in this County to utter & sell bread beer ale & other victualls and to sell being & other distilled liquors bysell been & ate [..]
