Whereas diverse Prisoners for felonyes were delivered by pclamation
at the Sessions of Goal Delivery of Newgate holden for this County
at Justice hall in the Old Baily in the Subarbs of the City of London
on had fifteenth day of April last for want of psecucon, altho'
Bills of Indictment were afterwards found against them, the
Psecutors against such prisoners not appeareing to give Evidence
against them to the Grand Jury at the Sessions at Hicks hall till
after such their Delivery, to prevent therefore the like
Inconveniencyes for the future to Psecutors or prisoners
This Court hath thought fit & Doth accordingly Order that the
Recognizances of all Psecutors & Witnesses against prisoners
for felony shall hereafter be Estreated into the Court of Exche [..] nor
unless such Prosecutors & [..] Witnesses shall appeare on the first
Second or Third day of the Sessions of peace for this County
and give their Evidence against such prisoners to the Grand
Jury, And for the better Notificacon of this Order This
Court doth direct that the Clerke of the peace of this
County doe cause the same to be published insam of the
publique News papers
the London Gazett And this Court doth recomend it to
all Justices of the peace to informall psons who shall
Enter into Recognizances before them to Psecute or give
Evidence against Such Offenders, of the time limited by this
Order for their Appearance at the Sessions of the peace
for this County to give their Evidence as aforesaid
