& other offences is of great in convenience to the
Publique For that not with standing the great Diligence
used by the Grand dury in their sperdy finding Bills of Indictmt
Six persons or morewere delivered out of prison by
Proclamation
against whom Bills of Indictmt for Felonys
were found were delivered by proclamation at the Sessions as the old Baryly the 15th instant before Such Bills
could be transmitted thitheir the Sessions there continuingto the Old Basily
but one day

It is thought fit and Ordered by this Court that
Thomas Abney< no role > Esqr Chairman of this Court be and
he is hereby desired [..] to attend the right honble.
sd. John Pratt< no role > Knt . Lord cheife Justices of England, His Maties Court of King's Bench
And represent to his Lordpp the great in convenience
ariseing to the Pyblique by reason of theSaid
recited Order & of the
Shortness of the time that
the sd Court of Goal Delivery hathlatterlylaterly ta
confined themselves to for the triall of Prisoners
And for that the said Court hath refused to try
Prisoners upon Indictmt. sent thither after two
of the clock in the afternoon of [..] the second day of the Sessions of
Goal Delivery of Newgate holden for this County,
