It is Ordered by this Court that the defaulting day
for the renewing of licenses for victuallers Etc
within the Tower Division in this County Which
iswas appointed to be Tuesday the one & twentieth
day of April instant be altered And this Court
doth hereby Order that instead thereas the defaulting day for the
renewing of licenses for Vituallers Etc within the
Tower Division aforesaid be on Saturday the
twenty fifth day of April instant at [..] nine of
the clock in the forenoon at Whitechappell
Court house within the sd Division, And that
Jasper Clarke< no role > Gent p present high Constable withoutof
the sd Division doe recall his precepts tothe
his Petty Constables (if already sent out P for
the said one & twentyeth day of April instant )
And that he doe forthwith deliver back his defaulting
warrant to the Clerke of the peace of this
County or his Departyin Order to be
rectifyedto the intent that a new defaulting warrant
may be issued forth for the renewing of
licenses, forofVictuallers Etc within the said
Division on the said twenty fifth day of
April instant at nine of the clock in the
fore noon at Whitechappell Court house aforesd.
