These are to will & require and in his Maties name to Charge
& comand you forthwith upon Receipt hereof to Issue forth
yor precepts to the Petty Constables of the Several parishes &
Places within yor Division that they do give notice to the
Several Ale house keepers Victuallers and Sellers of
Brandy & other dislilled Liquors by retail to be drank
in their Houses who are licensed within the several
parishes & Places within yor Division (who have not
yet appeared for the purposes herein after menconed)
that they make their P Sonal Appearance before ux &
others his Maties Justices of the Peace for the said County
at the Court house in Whitechappellon Tuesday
the twenty first day of April next
at nine of the
clock in the forenoon and that they then & there bring
with them their Old Licenses together with two [..]
apiece to the end that such of them as shall [..]
fit to be again licensed may have new Lice [..] out
and afterwards Enter into Recognizance with such Sureties
to his Maties use for the keeping of good Order & Rule
within their several houses And as well you the said
High Constable as alsoe the said petty Constables are to
give attendance at the time & Place aforesaid to make a
Retorn of the due Execucon of this Prcept Dated this 31st
day of [..] March 1724
and in the tenth year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord King George of Great Britain Etc
