Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us
Two of his Majties Justices of the Peace for the Said
County of Middx (Quor un) by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate in the Said County that Mary Lugg< no role >
the Wife of Robert Lugg< no role > and her Two Children (Vizt)
Thomas < no role > Aged about Eight years and Samuel < no role > Aged
about Four years the Lawfull Issue of [..]
Robert < no role > & Mary Lugg< no role > are lately come into the Said
Parish endevouring to Settle there Contrary to Law
and that they are likely to become Chargeable to the
Said Parish Wee the said Justices upon Examinate
of the Premises and of the Said Mary Lugg< no role > Upon Oath
doe adjudge the Same to be true and that the Place of
the last Legall Settlement of the Said Mary Lugg< no role >
and her two Children is in the Hamblett of Wapping
Stepney in the Said County

These are therefore in his Maties Man
to Comand you on Sight hereof to remove and Cover
the said Mary Lugg< no role > and her Said two Children from and
out of the said Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate
to the Hamblett of Wapping Stepney in the Sd County and
delive them to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor there or to one of them who are hereby required
to recieve and provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands & Seats the 26th. day of March

To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Botolph without Aldgate in the said County of Middx and to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamblett of Wapping
stepney in the said County of Middl [..]
