But the sd. Mr. Waller produced vouchers for the paymts.
made by the said Mr. Forbes,

And that the said Comittee are of opinion that it
is requisite that coppys of the said two accompts be
left by the sd. Mr. Waller with the Clerke of the
peace of this County or his Deputy that resort may
be had thereunto as occasion may require,

This Court upon consideracon had of the said
Report Doth order that the Said Report be and the
Same is hereby ratifyed & confirmed, And that
the sd. accompts of Trophy money now produced
before this Court be allowed & Signed by his
Maties. Justices of the peace now assembled at this
present Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for this County.
