That your Peticoners wife Elizabeth Cooke< no role > was on the
16th: of this Instant August by the Worshippfull Justice
S: Parry Esqr Comitted to the House of Correction in this
County at the Complaint & on the Oath of your Peticoner
for being a loose Idle Disorderly person To be Putt to
hard Labour untill discharged by due course of Law.

That Your Peticoners said Wife lyes so Itt in the said
Prison that her Life is Dispaired of

Your Peticoner therefore humbly
prays your Worshipps will be pleased.
to Order [..] his said wife may be Discharged from
her said Imprisonment.
