The Examinanl the said Daniel Gillee< no role > saith upon Oath that
he saw Robert Rogers< no role > a Servant to the Dutchess of Hamilton above
three Weeks after Christmas last carry a Sack of Wood from llie [..]
said Lady Dutchess's to Jane Wilson's< no role > and lay it down in the Kitchen
and that the sd. Jane Wilson's< no role > Servant carryed it up Stairs, and the
Saturday before Easter last he saw the sd. Rogers< no role > carry a Truss of Kay
a long the Road into the sd. Wilson's< no role > Stable and two boards under his
Arm about four or five foot long from the sd. Lady Dutchess's into the
same place the one of which was plained and the other rough. and
last Sumer about this time of the year he saw the sd.Rogers< no role > carry
Pigeous out of the sd. Ladys Dovecoal his Coal Porketts were pretty full
P he saw the wing of one of the Pidgeous hang out of his pockett and he
carried them into the Widow Wilson's< no role > house and and several things out of
the Garden as Hartich Oakes P Cabbages to the sd. Mrs. Wilson's< no role > house
att other times And further saith that he saw the sd. Rogers< no role > a little after
Christmas last carry a Coin of Muccon out of the sd Ladys Yard into
William Stacys< no role > and Cay it down upon the Counter And that Inhan
Stacy< no role > gave him six pence and a Quartern of Geneva and last Sumer
he saw him take a piece of raw Beef out of the sd. Dutchess's
Larder and carry it to William Stacys< no role > house, and that last Sumer
he alsoe saw him take about a Bushell of Coals or more early in the
Morning and carry them on his Back into the sd. Stacys< no role > house And that
he alsoe saw him some time last Samer carry three Board, out of the sd.
Lady Dutchess's Yard into the sd. William Stacys< no role > house and that about three
Weeks agoe he saw the sd. Rogers< no role > throw three Cabbages over the Hedge
out of the sd. Ladys Garden into the Ditch and that the sd. Julian look
them up and carried them into her Husbands House And the sd. Richard
Peace
< no role > alsoe upon Oath saith that about a week or a fortnight before
Whitsuntide last he saw the sd. Rogers< no role > carry a piece of raw Beefe out
of the sd. Lady's Yard & [..] goe out att the gate with it But this Dept.
did not observe whether he went with it And that he saw him on last
Holy thursday take four Deal Boards about ten foot long out of
the sd. Ladys Yeard but did not observe whether he carryed them
