The humble Peticon & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Chelsea in ye sd. County

Humbly Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order under the Hands &
Seals of Richard Farwell< no role > & Henry Segar< no role > Esqrs . Two of his
Majties. Justices of the Peace for the said County (Quor un)
Dated the 26th. day of Octor. 1722 . John Caldwell< no role > was removed
from the Parish of St. Margarett Westmr . in the said
County to the sd. Parish of Chelsea as the last legal
Settlement of the sd. John Caldwell< no role > , whereby the said
Parish of Chelsea think themselves aggrived

Your Peticonr. therefore humbly
Prayes this Court will appoint a Day
for hearing the sd. Appeal and all
Psons concerned may Attend at ye
same time
