Concerning themselves Aggreived by the said Warrant of the said
two Justices Appealed to the Said Court against the Same which apeal
was appointed to be heard and determined by the Same Court on the Fifth
day of the Same Month of July
And the hearing thereof was on that
day adjourned by the said Court untill this present Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for the said County of Middx And
Councell on both sides now attending this Court at this prsent Sessions
It is thought fit and Ordered by this Court that the hearing and Determining
of the said appeal be further Adjourned untill Monday the third day of
December next
at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon And that the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of both the Said parishes and all persons
Concerned doe then Attend this Court to hear & abide the Judgemt and
