Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St:
Michael Royall London Exhibted their humble peticon and appeal
unto the Court of the last Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for the County of Middx on Monday the Second day of July
last Setting forth that by Vertue of a Warrant under the hands and
Seals of Matthew Hewitt< no role > and Thomas Pindar< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties
Justices of the peace within the County of Middx (Quorum Unus)
bearing Date the fifteenth day of March last William Field< no role > &
Elizabeth< no role > his Wife with their two Children (Vizt:) Grigory< no role > about four
Years & William< no role > about three Weeks old were removed from the-
parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the County of Middx to the
said parish of St. Michael Royall in London alledgeing the said pish
to be the place of the last legall Settlement of them the said William
Field
< no role > Elizabeth his Wife and their two Children And That the peticoner
Concerning themselves Aggreived by the said Warrant of the said
two Justices Appealed to the Said Court against the Same which apeal
was appointed to be heard and determined by the Same Court on the Fifth
day of the Same Month of July And the hearing thereof was on that
day adjourned by the said Court untill this present Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for the said County of Middx And
Councell on both sides now attending this Court at this prsent Sessions
It is thought fit and Ordered by this Court that the hearing and Determining
of the said appeal be further Adjourned untill Monday the third day of
December next at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon And that the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of both the Said parishes and all persons
Concerned doe then Attend this Court to hear & abide the Judgemt and
Determinacon of this Court touching the said appeal
