thereunto annexed are true, And that he this
Depont. has taken out a Bench Wart. agt. the

Vertne of the sd Wart. has made all the Search-
and Enquiry after him as may be: And further
that he this Depont. will continue to use his uttmost
Endeavors. for the apprehending the Sd Jno. Wood< no role >
and to bring him to Justice.
