That in April last past yor. peticonr. enterd
into Recognizance wth. John Wood< no role > (before Sr. Isaac
Tillard
< no role > Knt . one of his Majties. Justices of the peace for
this County) for Appearance of him the said Jno. Wood< no role > -
in this Court in May Sessions then next following, there
to Plead to a certain Indictmt. prferred agt. him by
one George Seale< no role > for an Assault.

That Yor. peticonr. has never seen the said
John Wood< no role > since (he being no settled Housekeepr.)

That he has taken out a Warrant from this
Court for the appr. hending the Sd. John Wood< no role > , and has
made all the Search and Enquiry after him as is
possible, in order to bring him to Justice; but can by no-
means find the said John Wood< no role > , nor the presentr. George
Seale
< no role > , who is alltogether unknown to yor. Peticonr.

prays this Honble: Courttupon due
Consideracon of the pr.misses would-
be pleased to grant a Respit of yor.
