To the Rt Worpll. his Maties Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in their general Sessions Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churhwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Botolph without
Bishopsgate in the City of London

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals oftwo of
her Maties J
George Walter< no role > and Jacob Delamot Blagney< no role > Esqr two of his
Maties Justices of the peace for the sd County of Middlx (Quorn Unus)
bearing date the three and twentieth day of April last past Ann
Consens
< no role > an infant aged about two Years daughter of John Blakesly
Consens
< no role > was removed from the Parish of St Ann in the Liberty of
Westmr : in the said County unto the said parish of St Botolph without
Bishopsgate London as the place of her last legal Settlement And
Your petrs concerning themselves aggrived by the said Warrant or
Order of the said two Justices Do humbly appeal to your Worpps
therefrom

Therefore your Petrs: humbly pray That your Worpps
will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses And order That
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of St Ann Westmr may appear may appear before
you at a certain day to hear and abide the Judgment &
determination of your Worpps touching this Appeal

And your Petr Shall ever pray Etc
