and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Anne Black fryers

Sheweth

That By Virtue of a Pass Warrt under the hands and Seals of two of
his Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx (Quor & unus)
bearing Date the Ninth day of January last Peter Decote< no role >
Anthony Decote< no role > Mary Decote< no role > and Anne Decote< no role > four Children of
Peter< no role > and Mary Decote< no role > lately deceased were on the Tenth day of Janry last this first day of the last Sessionsat or said Sent and delivered
by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
St Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middx unto the Church
-Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the sd parish of St Anne Black fryers
London Alledging the Said parish to be the place of their
last Legall Settlemt

That Your Petitioners Conceive themselves aggrieved
by the Said Warrant and Judgment of the Said two
Justices and do most humbly Appeal to Your Worps
therefrom

Your Petrs therefore most humbly
pray your Worps will be pleased to
Adjourn this their Petition & Appeal to
the next General Sessions and appoint
a day for hearing and determining the
Same.
