Whereas Frances Seymour< no role > wife of Christopher Seymour< no role > Gent
Housekeeper of Hicks hall & Cryer of the Generall & Quarter
Sessions of the peace for this County hath on behalfe of her
said husband made [..] her humble Representacon unto
this Court touching the matters in difference between her
& Francis Geary< no role > whom she had employed to Officiate under
her sd. husband, and thereby settforth that warrants &
Orders are to be served and the renewing of licences for
Alehousekeepers to be attended, And to the end that noe
busyness [..] relateing to the office of Cryer might be
neglected she prayed that Mr. John Daniel< no role > maymightbe
employed to doe the same untill the Court shall havehaddetermined
the matter in difference between her & the sd. Francis
Geary< no role > , It is Ordered by this Court that the said Frances
Seymour< no role > be at liberty to employ what person or persons she thinks fit
to doe & transact the busyness relateing to the office of
Cryer untill the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the
peace to be held for this County, provided that such
person or persons doe accompt for the profits to be by him or them
reced in relacon to the office or busyness of Cryer, and
that the benefit of the sd. Francis Geary< no role > be saved to him
in case the Court shall at the sd. next Quarter Sessions
