It is Ordered by this Court that William Holloway< no role >
Gents late high Constable of Kensington
Division in this County doe attend this Court
on Wednesday next at eleven of the clock in
the forenoon to shew cause why he should
not forthwith payunto Isaac Tillard< no role > Esqr. the
present Trearer of the moneys assessed for
releifethe severall sumes of money assessed
in the yeares 1718: 1719 & 1721 upon the severall
parishes & places within the said Division for
releife of mained Soldiers & Mariners within
the Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton & Gore in
this County amounting in the whole to the Sume
of thirty three pounds & Sixteen Shillings & being now in arreare & unpaid unto
Isaac Tillard< no role > Esqr. the present Trearer of the
moneys collected for releife of mained Soldiers
& Mariners within the said Hundreds.
