Whereas upon reading the humble peticon of Thomas
Woodgate
< no role > exhibited unto this Court on Thursday the-
Second day of March instant Setting forth that the petr.
was on the nineteenth of July one thousand seven
hundred & Seventeen bound an Apprentice by
Indenture to Valentine Dickins< no role > of St. Margarett's Westmr .
in this County undertaker for funeralls for seven years fr [..]
that time, And that the petr. said Master hath absconded for [..]
his house for thirteen Months past or more which is intirely
shut up, And that the petr. hath had nee employmt. in the-
busyness of an Undertaker which he was to learn these six [..]
Months past, and at any time since his binding hath had but
vary little instruccous therein, And that the petr. verily beleives
his Masters circumstances are in soe bad a condicon that it is-
next to an impossibility he should againe return to his busyness,
And that the petr. hath taken out a warrant thereupon
from Nathaniel Blackerby< no role > Esqr. one of his Maties. Justices of
the peace for this County, and hath endeavowred to have
his said Master taken thereupon but he cannot be found,
It was therefore prayed by the petr. that this Court would
make such Order for releife of the petr. in order to his discharge
or such other Order as to this Court Should seem meet,
Whereupon It was Ordered by this Court that the sd. Valentine
