Sheweth

That your peticoner hath applyed himselfe to
the Churchwardens of the sd Parish for
relief who refuses to allow him any
That yor Petr: is above Ninety years & past
his Labour and hath an Aged wife who
as well as himselfe are ready to perish
for want

Yor Petr. therefore humbly prays
he may be allowed such a pention
in his old Age As to yor Worsppll
shall Seem Meet

And yor Petr Shall ever pray Etc.
