two middling salvers, two small ones, a Tankard, two Pirt
Mugs, one large Caster two less Casters, two large Parringers
two less Parringers, four Salts, three Salt Spoons, a Soop Ladle
a Strainer, one hand Candlestick, twelve new Spoons, four
old Spoons, the sd several peices of Plate weighing two
hundred & two Ounces beside a Case containing twelve
silver hafted knives & Forks, one other Case containing
six silver hafted knives & Forks were brought to & left with
this Dept by one Sarah Carnall< no role > on the fourth day of November
instant who acknowledged to this Dept that the same [..]
part at the Goods wch were taken in Execucon at the
Pet's Suit & were privately conveyed away at the
mistigation of & for the use of Mrs Henrietta Barry< no role >
als Elward< no role > And this Dept further maketh Oath That
no other Plate Jewels Linnen household Stuft or Goods
then as before menconed came to this Dept Custody &
possion or were with this Depts privity or Knowledged
removed or conveyed away after taken in Execucon of
the Pet's suit as aforesd
