Taken due that the Court of the Genall Quarter Sessions of the peace
helden at Hicks's Hall in & for the County of Middx will be moved
tomorrow at ten of the Clock in ye forenoon of the [..] Soe [..]
after as Councell can be heard to respit the Reco [..] izance of the
Sd. Joseph Eye< no role > & to put of the tryall of his Taverse on the Indictment [..]
which you have prferred agt him & other in the case above menconed till
next Sessions in [..] the in Deft is now absent at Sea & hath been Soe [..]
three Months last past Dated this 12th day of Octobr 1720 yers.
