Pray take notice that I will appear at the Sessions of Oyer and
Terminer at Hicks hall in St John Street in the County of Middlx
before his Majesties Justices of Oyer and Terminer for the said
County on Wednesday she twelfth day of this Instant October
at ten the Clock in the forenoon of the same day then
& there by my Traverse upon the Indictment which you
have preferred against me for a trespass and in misdemeaner
