It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended & referred Unto Narcissus Luttrell< no role > John
Metcalfe< no role > & Alexander Ward< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the peace for this
County or any two of them to preuse & inspect the certificates
given to the Petr. by any of his Maties. Justices of the peace for
this county for his loss of time & expences in passing of
Vagrants and to examine what persons were regularly
passed by the Petr; and by whose Order, and whether
the sumes of money allowed him for such service
are just & resonable, & such as ought to be allowed,
And to certify their opinions touching the premisses
