Jane Tye< no role > widow maketh Oath That the Defond to Joseph Tye< no role > is now &
hath been Absent att Sea for Six weeks last past as Master
of the Ship called the Martin of Ipswitch on Abouage
to Petersburg [..] Agreed on by him before the
Eighth day of July last And that the said Joseph
Tye< no role > will not retorne till about the begining of November
next as this Depont. is Credibly informed & verily
