It is Ordered by this Court that the surveyors of the highways
in the parish of St. James Clerkenwell in this County have notice of
this peticon & appeale, and that they & all other persons concerned
doe attend this Court on Saturday next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to heare & abide the Judgmt. & determinacon, of this Court
touching the premisses within menconed, And that the sd. surveyors
doe produce the Rates or Rates within menconed before the Court at the
same time, And It is further Ordered by this Court that the
said surveyors. doe in the mean time attend Richard Browne< no role > John
Fuller
< no role > & Jacob Harvey< no role > Esqrs . three of his Maties. Justices of the
peace for this County in habiting within the sd Division or any
two of them with the aforesaid Rate or Rates at such time &
place as they shall appoint, who are hereby desired to
examine into the truth of the matters alledged in the said
peticon and to report their opinions therein unto this Court
on Saturday next at the heareing of the said appeale,
