Sheweth.

That by an Order under the
Hands & Seals of
two of his Maties: Justices of the
peace for the sd. County (Quor unus)
bearing date ye 23d. day of June last .
Frances Tatham< no role > Widow was removed from
ye Parish of St. Clement Danes in the said
County to ye. sd. Parish of St. Mary White Chapell
as to the Place of the last legall Settlemt.

That yor. Petrs think themselves
agrieved by ye Judgemt. of the sd. two Justices
& Humbly Appeal to this Honrble: Court
agt. ye same.

And pray that yor. Worspps would be
pleased to Order the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the sd. Parish
of St. Clemt: Danes and all other
persons concerned to Attend this
Court some Day this present
Quarter Sessions to hear & abide
the Judgment & determinaton of
this Court touching ye sd. Appeale
