Whereas Complaint hath been made
unto as two of his Maties: Justices of the peace
for ye. said County of Midlx (Quor un) by
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the Parish of St. Mary Matfellon at White Chapl .
in the said County that Thomas Franklin< no role >
Ann Franklin< no role > his Wife & their two Children
(Vizt) Elizabeth< no role > aged about nine years & Martha< no role >
aged about eleven Months, the lawfull Issue
of ye. sd. Thomas Franklin< no role > & Ann< no role > his Wife
are lately come into the said Parish endeavouring
to Settle there contrary to Law and that they
are likely to become Chargeable to the said
Parish Wee ye. said Justices upon Examinacon
of ye. premises and of the said Thomas Franklin< no role > ,
upon Oath do adjudge ye. same to be true
and that the place of the Legall Settlemt. of
the said Thomas Franklin< no role > Ann< no role > his Wife
and their said two Children

in his Maties. Name to Command you an sight
here of to remove & convey the said Thomas Franklin< no role >
Ann< no role > his Wife & their sd. two Children
from & out of the said parish of St. Mary Matfellon
als White Chappell to the said Parish of Finchley
and deliver them to the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor there or to one of them
who are here by required to receive & provide
for them according to Law Given under
our Hands & Seals the 26th. day of June Ano
Dni 1719 .
