County of Middlesex Assembled in Genall Quarters Sessions

The humble Peticon of the Churchwardens of
the parish of St Giles in the Fields in the sd County

Sheweth


That Edward Anniball< no role > John Hullock< no role > Andrew Andrews< no role > Samuel Grant< no role >
John Judge< no role > & Edward Waldgrave< no role > Surveyors of the highwayes in the
parish of St Giles in the Fields aforesaid for the year last past having
collected divers Sums of money of the Inhabitants there by virtue
of a Rate made by Order of this Court for repair of the highwayes in the
Said parish And being required to give an Account of the monies by
them Collected for that purpose to his Maties: Justices of the Peace for
the said County residing in the said parish pursuant to the said Order
but have neglected or refused so to doe

Your peticonrs: therefore humbly pray that the said
Edward Anniball< no role > John Hullock< no role > Andrew Andrews< no role >
Samuel Grant< no role > John Judge< no role > & Edward Waldgrave< no role > may
be Ordered to attend this Court Some day this Sessions
to the end they may be compelled to give an Account
of the monies by them Collected for that purpose &
how they have disposed of the Same
