Thomas Stephenson< no role > all Substantiall house holders
in the Said Liberty above Barrs and Parish aforesaid
(together with the Churchwarden of the Same
Liberty and Parish) to be Overseers of the
Poor of the Said Liberty above Barrs for and
dureing the Space of One whole Year next
