For what offence or offences such forfeiture or forfeitures is or one
incurred and what Parish or Place the same belongs or is Payable
and of the whole Sume and Sumes of money forfeited; and by
whom received upon each Conviccon, whether by the Justice
of Peace or his Clerke, and to whom Paid over, and the times
when, And that the said Clerkes doe from time to time transmitt
a true and faithfull accompt thereof in writing to the severall
Petty Sessions within their respective Divisions when thereunto
required by the Justices of the Peace of this County attending
such Petty Sessions, And itt is hereby recomended to the severall
Justices of this County to take care that this Order be effectually
complyed with and Putt in execution with in their respective
Divisions and parishes and to informe this Court from time to
time of such Clerkes who doe refuse or neglect to doe their duty
herein, And for the better notificacon hereof It is further
Ordered by this Court that this Order be fixed up upon one of
the Pillars of the Court and alsoe upon the Gates of Hicks hall,
