The humble petion and Appeale of the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the poor
of the hamblet of Ratcliffe in the parish
of Stepney in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order under the hands and
Seals of Robert Kyrby< no role > and Bastwick Johnson< no role > Esqrs : two of
his Maties: Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx
(Quor un) bearing date the first Day of This Instant
Month of February James Dicks< no role > an Infant Child aged
about three Years was Conveyed from the parish of St.
Pauls shadwell in the said County of Middx to the hamlet
of Ratcliffe aforesaid as the place of the last Legall
Settlement of the said Infant Child

Your Petrs: finding themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of removall
of the said two Justs: humbly Appeale
against the Same and pray your Worsps
will be pleased to appoint a Day for
the hearing and Determineing of the
said Appeale this present Sessions
and that your Petrs: may be releived as
unto your Worsps shall Seem meete
