Sheweth


That whereas William Aldridge< no role > is bound
over by Recognizance for a Rape Committed
this present Sessions & whereas her most
Materiall Wittnesses are not be found or Keep
out of the way Soe that She can Noe ways
prefer her Bill of Indictment this Sessions
She most Humbly prayes the Order of this
Court that he may be Compelled to Appeare
the next Session to give Evidence For the
King & that he may be Continued upon
the Recognizance

And as in duty bound She Shall
ever pray Etc.
