The humble petition of John Jackson< no role > a Parrishoner
of St: Mary Whitechapple

Humbly Sheweth


that your Petitioner is very antient and
past his labour and by reason of sickness
and lameness he cannot support himselfe
and his Antient Wife who are in a
starving Condition Yr. Petitr. humbly
prayes your Worships. to order him some
releife from ye. Parish and Your
Petitr. as in duty bound shall for
ever pray Etc.
