that he being at the parish Church of the said
parish about Seaven of the clock this Evening
one Richard Tayler< no role > came and Stood in ye said
Church close by him an Imediately this Depont:
found that his pockett was picked of his Handker-
-cheife and looking about he found the same on
the ground on ye other Side of the said Richard
Tayler< no role > And this Dept: sayeth that he verily
beleives the sd Tayler did then pick his
pockett of the sd Hankercheife there being at that time
according to ye best of his beleife no other person
within four or five foot of him
