It is Ordered by this Court that Ann Britanine< no role > who was now convicted upon
four Several Indictments against her for receiving and having in her custody
divers qantities of Stolen goods She knowing them to be Stolen, is fined for
the said Offences one Shilling upon each Indictment, and that she be
Stripped naked from the Middle upwards and publickly whipped at a
Carts Tayle on such day as the Sherriffe of this County shall forthwith
appoint from a certain place called Holborn Barrt along the publick
Street there to and over against the Parish Church of the Parish of St.
Giles in the Feilds in this County untill her Body be Bloody, And the
said Anne Britaine< no role > is also Ordered to find Sufficient Sureties before John
Milner
< no role > and John Richardson< no role > Esqr two of his Maties Justices of the
peace for this County or either of them to be of her good behaviour
for one whole year now next ensuing, And the said Anne Britaine< no role >
is remanded and comitted to his Maties Gaol of Newgate there to remain
till she pay the said Fines, undergo the said punishment and find
Such Sureties as aforesaid, then to be delivered paying her Fees
