any two of them to peruse & inspect the certificates
given to the Petrs. by any of his Maties. Justices of the peace
for this County, and to see what persons were regularly
passed by the Petrs. or either of them, and what allowances
were made them or either of them for such service, & if
reasonable & such as ought to be allowed, And to certify
their opinions touching the premisses unto his Maties.
