To all Constables Headboroughs, and other his Maties Officers
and Ministers within the County of Middlesex and to
every of them whome it may concern.

These are to will and require and in his Maties name to charge
and comand you upon Sighthereof to bring before us and others
his Maties Justices of Oyer and Terminer of the County aforesaid
at the Sessions of Oyer and Terminer now holden at Hicks Hall in St.
John Street in and for the said County the Bodys of Robert
Burkett< no role > who stands Judicted for a Trespass Contempt
and Misdemeanor

if the Court be then and there Sitting or if not before us or some
other of his Maties Justices of Oyer and Terminer of the same County
to find Sufficient Sureties for their personall appearance at this
present Sessions to answer the same and all such other matters
as on his Maties behalfe shall be objected against themAndif
theycannot be taken during this present sessions that then
so soon after as they shall be taken you bring or cause them to be
brought before us or some other of his Maties Justices of Oyer and
Terminer of the said County to find sufficient Sureties for their
personall appearance at the next Sessions of Oyer and Terminer
to be holden for the said County to answer as aforesaid and further
to be dealt withall according to Justice Hereof you are not to fail
at your perills Dated in open Sessions at Hicks Hall aforesaid
