Know all men by these Presents That I Henry Eyre< no role > of Grays
Inne in the County of Middlesex Esquire Have made appointed and in my
place and Stead putt, And by the these presents Doe make appoint and in my place and
Stead putt Daniel Mollony< no role > and Samuel Mabbott< no role > both of Grays Inn aforesaid Gent
and either of them my true and lawfull Attorney and Attorneys Joyntly or severally
for me and in my place and Stead At the generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to
be held for the County of Middlesex next after the date hereof in Open Sessions to
Subscribe my name to the Registry or Entry I have desired or hereafter shall desire the
Clerk of the Peace of and for the said County of Middlesex or his Lawfull Deputy
to make of my Name and My Mannor Messuages Lands Tenements and hereditamts.
in the said County of Middlesex, in pursuance of two severall Acts of Parliament
The one Intituled An Act to oblige Papists to Register their Names and Real
Estates And the other intituled an Act for explaining an Act passed the last
Sessions of Parliament Intituled An Act to Oblige Papists to Register their
names and Real Estates, and for Enlargeing the time for such Registry and for
secureing purchases made by Protestants And further I the said Henry
Eyre
< no role > Doe hereby Authorize the said Daniel Mollony< no role > and Samuel Mabbott< no role >
and either of them Joyntly and severally for me and in my Name place and said
to Doe Execute and performe whatsoever may be necessary or is required by the
said Late Acts of Parliament for duely Registring my name and Estate aforesaid
as fully to all Intents Construccons and purposes whatsoever as I the said Henry Eyre< no role >
might or could doe the same being personally present And whatsoever my said
Attorneys or either of them Shall Doe in or about the premisses I the said Henry
Eyre
< no role > Do and shall ratifye confirme and allow as if I in my own person had
done the same In Witness whereof I the said Henry Eyre< no role > have
hereunto Sett my hand and Seal this Twelfth day of October in the
fourth year of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord George by the Grace of
God of Great Brittaine France and Ireland King defender of the Faith et
Annoque Domini 1717 .
