Bee itt Known unto all men by these presents That I John Talbot< no role > of Longford in the
County of Salop Esqr : have made appointed and in my stead and place putt and by these
presents do make appointe and in my Stead and place putt Stephen Husband< no role > of the same parish
of St: Andrew Holbourne in the County of Midlesex Gent Reymerd Watkins< no role > of the Same parish
and County Gent and Henry Rodbourne< no role > of St: Pauls Covent Garden in the said County of Midlesex
Gent and either of them my true and Lawfull Attorneyes or Attorney joyntly or Severally for
me and in my place and Stead in open Sessions to Subscribe my name to such Registry or
entry as shall be made of my name and reall Estate in the said County of Midlesex in a
booke or bookes roll or rolls kept in that behalfe by the Clerke of the peace for the same County
And further to do whatsoever may be necessary for duly Registring my name and estate
aforesaid as is required by an Act of Parliament made in the first Yeare of his now Majestyes
reigne (Entituled an Act to oblige Papists to register their names and reall Estates and also
by any other Act of Parliament for explaining the said Act) as fully to all intents
constructions and purposes whatsoever as I the said John Talbot might or could do the Same
being personally present, and whatsoever my said Attorneyes or Attorney or either of them
Shall do in or about the premisses I the Said John Talbot< no role > do and shall ratify confirme and
allow as if I in my owne person had done the Same In Wittnesse whereof I the said
John Talbot< no role > have hereunto put my hand and seale this Twenty eighth day of August in the
fourth yeare of the reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George by the Grace of God of Greate
Brittaine France and Ireland King Defender of the faith Etc : and in the yeare of our Lord
God one thousand Seven hundred and Seventeene.
