Upon Applicacon made to this Court by John Oder< no role >
one of the Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of Chelsea in this County who Alledged that He
together with One Walsingham Heathfeild< no role >
were Elected and duely appointed Overseers of the
Poor of the Said Parish for this Prsent Yeare One
Thousand Seven hundred & Seventeen And
That the Said Heathfeild refusing to take upon
himselfe the Execucon of the Said office of
Overseer of the poor of the Said Parish or to
Inter meddle therein the Said John Oder< no role > hath been
forced to Execute the Office by himselfe Since.
Easter Last and hath Disbursed the Sume of
Ninety Pounds and upwards for the Releife of
the poore of the Said Parish who are very
Numerous over and above his receipts And
That a Rate hath been made for the Releife of
the said poor to Enable the Said John Oder to
Reimburse himselfe the moneys by him Expended
for releife of the said poor but the same is not
yet Confirmed, It being Objected that the said
Rate is Unequall, And the Said John Oder
Praying releif in the Prmises It is ordered by
this Court that the Church wardens Overseers
