Of the poor and Antients Inhitants of the
Said Parish of Chelsea wheare Usually Prsent
att the making of the Publique Rates of the said
Parish due attend this Court on Friday next
at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon to Shew
Cause why they Should not forthwith make
a just Equal & Legal Rate upon Every
Inhitant Person Vicar and Ocupyes of
houses Lands & Tenemts. within the said parish
for relief of the poor thereof according to the
Direccon of an Act of Parliamts made in the
fourty third year of the reign of the Late Queen
Elizabeth for the releife of the poore to the
End the Said John Oder< no role > may be reimbursed
the moneys by him Expended as aforesaid
And It is further Ordered by this Court that
the Said Walsingham Heathfeild< no role > doe attend
this Court at the Same time to Shew Cause why
be refuseth to take upon himself there Execucon
of the Office of Overseer of the Said Parish
