of the Poor of the Liberty of the Rolls in ye sd Com [..]

That by Warrant under the Hands & Seals of Richard Bealing< no role >
& Edward Le Neeve< no role > Esqr two of His Majties: Justices of the Peace for [..]
the County aforesaid (Quor unus) bearing date the twenty fifth
day of July 1717 Robert Stockes< no role > aged fifty years with his
Six children (Vizt) William < no role > aged about twenty two Hannah < no role >
aged about nineteen Robert < no role > aged about fifteen, Sarah < no role > aged
about thirteen Richard < no role > aged about eleven & Elizabeth < no role > aged
about Seven years were passed from the parish of St Ann
within the Liberty of Westminster in the Said County to the Said
Liberty of the Rolls as the place of their Legall Settlement

Your Peticoner think themselves aggrieved by the
Judgment of the Said two Justices do Appeale to this
Court and humbly pray that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St. Ann within
the Liberty of Westminster & all other persons herein
concerned may be Ordered to attend this Court Some [..]
day this Sessions to hear & abide the Judgment & determinating
of this Court upon & touching this Appeal
