Justices for the P County of Middx Cror Unus
by the Complaynt of You the Sd Church: warden
and Overseer of the poor of the sd Parish of
St. Ann, That Robert Stokes< no role > aged about Fifty
Years with Six Children vizt William < no role > aged
about Twenty Two years, Hannah,< no role > aged
about Nineteen years Robert < no role > aged about
Fifteen Years, Sarah < no role > aged about Thirteen
Years, Richard < no role > aged about Eleven Years &
Elizabeth < no role > aged about Seven year, are lately
intruded and come into the Sd Parish of St. Ann [..]
endeavouring to Setle him Self and his sd Children
there contrary to Law and that the sd Robert
stokes has been Chargeable to the sd Parish
And upon Examination of the Sd. Robert Stokes< no role >
taken (upon his Oath) it further appears
to Us that he was legally Setled in the Libtye
of the Rolls in the County of Middx afore And
do there fore adjudg the last legall Setlement of
the sd Robt Stokes< no role > William < no role > Hannah,< no role > Robert,< no role >
Sarah,< no role > Richard< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his sd Children
to be in the Libtye of the Rolls in the County
of Middx aforesd

These are therefore in his Majtyes Name to Charge [..]
and Comand You the sd Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the sd parish of St. Ann to Remove And
convey the sd Robert Stokes< no role > William,< no role > Hannah < no role > Robert < no role >
Sarah < no role > Richard < no role > and Elizabeth < no role > from and out of the
sd Parish of St. Ann to the Libtye of the Rolls
in the County aforesd and them delever to the
Overseers: of the poor there or to Some or one of [..]
